We specialise in open fire cooking South American style (this is called ASADO).

We did catering up to 500 ppl in the past but we can do up to 2.000 ppl. and the best part is that we are Nation-wide! All we need is to ship our custom made braais to the final destination.

See that picture, yes... that's what we do!... we don't just cook... WE PERFORM! The concept of A R G I E S is very clear, we want to create an experience, not only with the food but also we stimulate all your senses while doing it.

Full bar set up with local craft beers on tap, Argentinian Malbec red wine, and the best local mixologist mixing all the South American classic cocktails.

Venues

We count over 14 venues, in the Cape Town area, 30min from Cape Town, Wine farms (Hout Bay, Constantia,  Stellenbosch & Franschhoek), and an Olive farm in Nuy Valley.

Entertainment

On request, we also facilitate Latin DJs, Sound System, Lighting, and Live performances of Salsa and Tango, where our dancers will interact and give your guests some amazing dancing tips and moves or full interactive classes.

Decor

We count on our amazing in-house decoration and wedding planning Tarryn Kid! she makes everything super beautiful and stress-free for all your guests!
