It took me 4 years to develop this amazing sausage. This is a 50% beef & 50% pork sausage, blended with some White wine and a secret blend of herbs, cold smoked for extra flavor.

Presentation: Our retail presentation is in vacuum packs on a black tray with clean wrap all over. Each contains 4 sausages about 450-500grm each approx. with a cost of R80 Incl. Vat p/kg.
